- Improper solicitation
- Acceptance of money or valuables
- Witnessing dereliction of duty by superiors or colleagues
- Witnessing fraudulent transactions by superiors or colleagues
Violation of Laws & Internal Regulations
- Unauthorized disclosure of trade secrets, technical information, and personal data
- Collusion, unfair trade practices, and violations of applicable laws and regulations
- Non-compliance with safety and environmental regulations, and concealment of accidents
- Accounting fraud, false reporting, and disclosure violations
